“Don’t be scared to be ambitious. It’s not a humiliation to have a high target and to fail. For me, the real humiliation is to have a target and not to give everything to reach it.”.”

Arsene Wenger

My approach

True Colours

Everybody’s journey to improved wellbeing is individual, a reflection of the circumstances and experiences they have accumulated. This is much the same for me.  The PSPS logo has its roots in the things that have influenced me the most, shaped me and built the core values that I enact every day.

When I’m able to play, watch or learn about any sport I’ll always take that opportunity.  I believe colour is a hugely important aspect of life on the whole, but especially sport, and in particular team sports. It creates a sense of togetherness, of people from all walks of life belonging to one team.  When I think of my favourite sporting moments, watching or playing, the colours are always very vivid.  The PSPS logo combines those sporting colours that mean the most to me.

What are the colours of your most memorable sporting moments?

  • Arsenal
  • University of Leeds
